Lentil & salmon salad
Poach 2 salmon fillets in boiling water for 8 mins. Fry 125g halved tomatoes & 4 sliced onions for 3 mins, then add spinach until wilted. Heat lentils according to pack & add to the pan. Stir in 2 tbsp vinaigrette & mix. Spoon salad onto a plate & top with salmon.
