    15ml pink grapefruit juice
    10ml lemon juice
    15ml egg white*
    5ml raspberry syrup
    50ml Guinness
5g Waitrose Cooks' Homebaking Freeze Dried Raspberries, blitzed to a fine powder

    Method

    1. Dry shake all the ingredients, then shake with cubed ice.

    2. Double strain into a chilled cocktail glass and top with the Guinness. Garnish with small herb leaves and the raspberry powder.
