    Italian chicken and bean soup

    2 tsp essential Waitrose Olive Oil
    1 essential Waitrose Onion, chopped
    1 vegetable stock cube
    400g can essential Waitrose Chopped Tomatoes
    400g can essential Waitrose Cannellini Beans, drained and rinsed
    75g essential Waitrose Orzo dried pasta
    2x70g pack essential Waitrose British Wafer Thin Roast Chicken, shredded
    150g frozen essential Waitrose Extra Fine Whole Green Beans


    1. Heat the oil in a large pan and gently fry the onion for 3–4 minutes.

    2. Blend the stock cube with 800ml boiling water and add to the pan with the tomatoes, cannellini beans, pasta and chicken.

    3. Bring to the boil, then cover, reduce the heat and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally
