    Meatball & mushroom pasta bake

    Serves: 4


    300g essential Waitrose Amori dried pasta
    1 tbsp vegetable oil
    300g pack essential Waitrose British Beef 20 Meatballs
    300g pack essential Waitrose Cup Mushrooms, quartered
    1 essential Waitrose Courgette, sliced
    400g can essential Waitrose Cream of Mushroom Soup
    1x ½ x 25g pack fresh chives, chopped
    50g essential Waitrose Medium Cheddar, grated


    1. Cook the pasta according to pack instructions. Drain and return to the pan.

    2. Meanwhile, heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the meatballs, mushrooms and courgette for 5-6 minutes. Stir in the soup and cook for 3-4 minutes.

    3. Stir the meatballs and chives into the pasta and transfer to a heatproof dish. Sprinkle with cheese and place under a preheated grill for 2-3 minutes until golden.
