Pork in apple sauce with mustard mash

Serves: 2
2 essential Waitrose British Outdoor Bred Pork Loin Steaks, trimmed
1 tbsp oil
4 tbsp essential Waitrose Bramley Apple Sauce
1 tsp essential Waitrose Dijon Mustard
400g pack essential Waitrose Mashed Potato
2 tsp essential Waitrose Wholegrain Mustard
1. Season the pork steaks with salt and pepper. Heat the oil in a frying pan and gently fry the pork for 15 minutes, turning occasionally.
2. Drain off the excess fat and add the apple sauce, Dijon mustard and 6 tbsp of water, then simmer for 2 minutes.
3. Cook the mash according to the pack instructions, then stir in the wholegrain mustard. Serve the pork with the mash and apple sauce.
