    Sardine bagels

    1 essential Waitrose Sesame Seed Bagel, halved
    50g essential Waitrose Half Fat Soft Cheese
    120g can essential Waitrose Sardines in Tomato Sauce
    ½ punnet essential Waitrose Salad Cress


    1.Toast the bagel and spread with the soft cheese.

    2. Break up the sardines in the tin and spoon over the bagels with the sauce.

    3. Sprinkle with cress and serve with salad.
