    Steamed Carrots

    • Total time: 20 minutes 20 minutes

    Serves: 4

    Ingredients

    • ½ x 500g pack carrots
    • Salt and pepper

    Method

    1. Peel ½ x 500g pack carrots and cut into batons. Place in a steamer basket and season.
    2. Sit the steamer basket over a pan of simmering water, cover with a tight-fitting lid and steam for 10-12 minutes until just tender.
