Cook thoroughly until the juices run clear and there is no pink meat.
Boil 100g of rice as per pack instructions. Cook two diced chicken breasts in 1 tbsp oil in a saucepan. Cook thoroughly until the juices run clear and there is no pink meat. Add sauce and bring to the boil. Place rice in an ovenproof dish and pour over the cooked chicken and sauce. Cover with foil and place in a preheated oven for 10 mins at 180�C Gas Mark 4. Stir gently before serving. Serves 2 (Time 10 mins Oven: 180�C, Fan: 160�C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 4)
