Preparation & Storage
- Wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after touching raw fish.
KEEP FROZEN 3/4 stars- Until 'Best Before' Date 2 stars- Up to 1 month 1 star- Up to 1 week For best before end date see front of pack. To defrost: place the fillet on a plate and cover. Defrost fully in a refrigerator. Once defrosted, keep refrigerated and use within 24 hours. Do not refreeze. Cooking times should be reduced if the product is defrosted.
