Preparation & Storage
- Cook it our way1. Prepare your pizza. Remove all packaging including base disc.Even out the toppings.2 Hot and fast. Put your pizza on the top shelf of the oven, once the oven has reached 200°C. Ideally use a preheated pizza stone or a pizza pan with holes in the base. It is fine to put it directly on the oven rack, but never on a solid baking tray.3. Is it ready? Cook for 10-12 minutes. The cheese will have gone golden brown and the base nice and crispy all the way to the centre.Eat it your wayIn our restaurants we always serve these pizzas with salad.You could do the same. or simply garnish them as follows.Deliciously freshAfter cooking, scatter over some rocket or baby leaves.Love Parmesan?Grate over a little Parmesan just before serving.
