Preparation & Storage
- Wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after touching raw fish.
Size and thickness of fish may vary, cook times are given as guidance, please note that larger thicker pieces may take longer to cook. For best results defrost and pan fry.
Preheat grill. Remove all packaging. Place sea bass fillets on lightly greased foil before placing under a medium grill. Turn halfway through cooking. The flesh begins to flake and turn opaque when cooked. (Time 6-8 mins)
Remove all packaging. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a frying pan over a medium heat. Place sea bass fillets skin side down, fry gently until seared and crisp. Turn halfway through cooking. The flesh begins to flake and turn opaque when cooked. (Time 5-6 mins)
GRILL FROM FROZEN 10-12 mins Preheat grill. Remove all packaging. Place sea bass on lightly greased foil before placing under a medium grill. Turn half way through cooking. Heat until thoroughly cooked. PAN FRY FROM FROZEN 8-10 mins Remove all packaging. Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a frying pan over a medium heat. Place fillets skin side down, fry gently until seared and crisp. Turn halfway through cooking time. Heat until thoroughly cooked, the flesh begins to flake and turn opaque.
