Prepared with 110g of pork per 100g of finished product. Moisture is lost during curing and maturation.
Pan Fry Remove all packaging. Heat lightly greased frying pan, add pancetta, stir fry until crispy, blot with kitchen paper before using. (Time 1-2 mins)
