For dressings, sauces&marinades. Suitable for coeliacs, vegetarians and vegans. Carbernet Sauvignon red wine vinegar. Produced on the banks of the Ebro River, which runs through the Rioja region of Spain, Aspall Cabernet Sauvignon is ideal for use in stews and for marinating red meats and vegetables. Bottled unpasteurised for a fuller flavour and made using only natural ingredients; so, as the vinegar matures, a slight sediment or haze may occur. This will not affect the quality of the vinegar. Established in 1728, Aspall are award winning specialists in the production of speciality Vinegars, English Apple Juice and Fine Cyders. Clement Chevallier founded the Aspall business in 1728. Eight generations on, his direct descendants are still running the family business, producing only the finest quality products.

Preparation & Storage
- Try mixing Aspall Cabernet Sauvignon Vinegar with honey, seasoning, crushed garlic and rosemary. Simmer for 5 minutes then marinade chicken, lamb or vegetables.
