Our Fish Fingers are at their best grilled straight from your freezer.Ensure product is piping hot throughout before serving.
12 mins to bake in the oven - 220�C/425�F/ Gas Mark 7.Pre-heat the oven. Remove all packaging and place the fish fingers on to a baking tray in the centre of the pre-heated oven for approximately 12 minutes. For fan-assisted ovens reduce the temperature/time according to manufacturer's handbook.
8- 10 mins to grill.Pre-heat the base of the grill pan under a medium heat. Remove all packaging and place the fish fingers on to the hot grill pan. Return pan close to the heat and cook for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally.
Keep frozen…Store at -18°C or below.…Do not re-freeze once defrosted.
