Preparation & Storage
- Usage: Melt an unopened sachet in hot water and add to cooking.Balti Prawns with Coconut&TomatoMix together 450g raw, peeled tiger prawns, 1 tsp Bart Ginger in Sunflower Oil, 1 tsp Bart Garlic in Sunflower Oil and 2 tsp Bar Medium Madras Curry Powder.Marinate for 10 minutes. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a large frying pan, add the prawns and stir-fry for 3 minutes or until pink.Crumble in 1 Bart Creamed Coconut sachet and add 100ml water and 3 chopped tomatoes. Simmer for 2 minutes, season and stir in 2 tsp Bart Coriander in Sunflower Oil.Serve with rice and salad.Serves 4
