Organic. Suitable for vegetarians, vegans and coeliacs. Organic still cider. Full-bodied and fruity cider matured in our lovingly-preserved old oak vats. Made with bittersweet apples grown in Soil Association certified organic orchards. In the organic orchards of the Wye Valley nature is in charge. The trees and their fruit are free to grow and ripen at their own pace. The small yet juicy organic apples are pressed with all our know - how to make a perfectly crafted and refreshingly rich and fruity organic cider. A family firm make a firm favourite. Since Henry Weston first began producing cider in the Herefordshire village of Much Marcle over 130 years ago, we've always been proud to have a Weston at the helm. Every year, when harvest begins, we open our gates to tractors, trucks and trailers piled high with apples gathered from organic orchards. They are checked for quality and washed, ready for pressing. A state-of-the-art press squeezes out every last drop of juice before fermenting and then maturing it in old oak vats - our most treasured family heirlooms. And that's the secret to our flavoursome and full-bodied cider, the blending of old and new craftmanship overseen by our Master Cider Maker to create a uniquely time-honoured taste. Henry Weston began making cider in 1880, and to this day Westons Cider remain an independent, family owned company committed to making the very best quality, traditional cider.
