Peter Lehmann Barossa Shiraz
Shiraz has a long and glorious history in the Barossa where it has flourished uninterrupted since the 1850's. The soils of the Barossa and its climate are ideal for producing full-flavoured, rich-fruited Shiraz wines capable of great longevity. Barossa Shiraz is the wine internationally recognised as Australia's contribution to the great wines of the world.Colour: Dense black with a deep garnet rim. The 2004 vintage is a beautifully structured and stylish Shiraz, and is a great partner for beef, full-flavoured meat and poultry dishes, good Indian curries, and, of course, perfect with a fine matured cheddar cheese.
