Preparation & Storage
- Preparation: Wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after touching raw meat.
Pot Roast Icon Remove all packaging. Preheat oven. Place joint into cooking pot and cover with stock, replace the lid and place into the centre of the oven. Cook for 2� to 3hrs until the joint is tender. Remove the joint from the pot and rest for 10 minutes before carving. (Time 2� to 3hrs Oven: 180�C, Fan: 160�C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 4)
Keep refrigerated below 5ºC. Once opened consume within 1 day. Do not exceed use by date. Cool any leftovers to room temperature, refrigerate within 2 hours, consume within 2 days. Suitable for freezing on day of purchase. Use within one month. Defrost fully before use: do not refreeze once defrosted.
