Preparation & Storage
- Wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after touching raw meat.
Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Pan fry first for 4 minutes in a pre-heated pan with 1 tbsp oil. Turn once. Remove from pan and wrap in foil. Place in a roasting tray in the centre of oven for the remaining time. Rest for 5 minutes before carving. Cook thoroughly until the juices run clear and there is no pink meat. GAS MARK TO BE 6 (Time Pan fry 4 mins + Oven 5 mins per 100g Oven: 210�C, Fan: 190�C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 6 1/2)
Remove all packaging. Slice the fillet into 2.5cm thick slices. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a frying pan and cook on medium to seal, turn and seal other side, reduce heat. Turn occasionally until thoroughly cooked, the juices run clear and there is no pink meat. (Time 6-8 minutes)
Keep refrigerated below 5°C. Once opened, consume within 1 day. Do not exceed use by date. For use by date see front of pack. Freeze as soon after purchase as possible and within the use by date. Use within one month. Defrost fully before use: do not refreeze once defrosted.
