Preparation & Storage
- Makes 300ml (approx. 1/2 pint). 2 minutes. Perfect with vegetables or pasta - just add milk to our classic cheddar cheese sauce, ready in minutes. Shopping List: 1 sachet Colman's Cheddar Cheese Sauce Mix. 300 ml (approx 1/2 pint) semi-skimmed milk. How to Cook: 1. Empty the contents of the sachet into a saucepan. 2. Pour a little milk into the pan and mix. Stir in remaining milk and bring to the boil, stirring continuously. 3. Simmer for 2 minutes. Why not try: Macaroni cheese. Cook 150g macaroni according to pack instructions, drain. Make up sachet of Cheddar Cheese sauce as directed and mix together. Place in an ovenproof dish, sprinkle over 25g grated cheddar cheese, grill until golden and bubbling. Serve with green beans.
