Empty contents into a microwaveable container, cover and vent. Microwave on full power for 4 minutes, stirring halfway through cooking time. Allow to stand for 1 minute before serving. Instructions are based on a 750W microwave over. For higher wattage ovens, cooking time should be reduced.
Empty contents into a saucepan and cover with lid. Heat gently for approx. 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Do not allow to boil.
