Remove sleeve and pierce film lid several times.Cat D 750W - Microwave on full power for 2 minutes.Remove film lid. Stir and recover with food wrap. Heat on full power for a further 2 minutes. Stir before serving.Cat E 850W - Microwave on full power for 2 minutes.Remove film lid. Stir and recover with food wrap. Heat on full power for a further 1 minute and 40 seconds. Stir before serving.
Remove sleeve and film lid. Empty the contents into a saucepan and cover with a lid. Heat over a medium to high heat for 6 minutes, stirring occasionally.
