Bisto stock melts beef

Preparation & Storage
- Directions: Dissolve one pot into 500ml boiling water to make a full-flavoured stock for soups, gravies or casseroles. Alternatively, add directly into dishes like bolognaise, shepherds pie or stir fries during cooking to bring out the rich flavour of the food. Recipe Suggestion: Pan Fried Steaks with Creamy Mushroom Sauce. Preparation Time: 5 Minutes. Cooking Time: 15 Minutes. Serves: 4. Portion Size: 220g. Ingredients: 4 x 150g Sirloin Steaks. 10g Vegetable Oil. 10g Unsalted Butter. 150g Chestnut Mushroom (Sliced). 1/2 Small Onion (Thinly Diced). 1 Clove Garlic (Crushed). 70ml White Wine. 150ml Double Cream. 1 Bisto Beef Stock Melt. 1 Tbsp Finely Chopped Parsley. Freshly Ground Black Pepper to Taste. Method: . 1 Season the steaks with salt&pepper, and heat a frying pan until very hot. 2 Add the vegetable oil and steaks and cook for 2-4 minutes on each side, depending on how you like your steaks cooked. Remove steaks from the pan and leave to rest on a plate in a warm place. 3. In tha same pan, melt the butter. Add the onions and garlic and fry for approx 5 mins. Then add the mushrooms and sautee until they're soft. 4. Add the white wine and the Bisto Stock Melt. Simmer for 2 minutes, then add the cream and parsley and simmer until thickened
Store me in a cool dry place. Once pot is opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 2 days.
