We've mixed in enormous shreds of crisp, lightly toasted coconut to bring a little bit of tropical indulgence to your morning...and what's more, coconut is one of the best sources of fibre around. Wholegrain oats. Our specially selected oats have been chosen for their larger and juicier grains, which, when steamed, rolled, and baked in the bar give a lighter, crispier texture and deliciously nutty taste. Apricots. All of our apricots are dried naturally in the sun, without the use of any preservatives. This gives them a unique rich, dark colour and sweet caramel taste we're sure you'll just love. Spelt. To make our light and crispy spelt flakes, the grains are simply steamed, rolled and toasted. These delicious flakes are just perfect for keeping you satisfied for longer. Down here at the Eat Natural Makery, when we say 'natural', what exactly do we mean? Well, clearly it would be wrong of us to claim that everything in this bar is '100% natural' - spelt flakes, glucose, crisped rice and skimmed milk simply don't grow on trees. Obviously, everything needs to be cleaned, dried and roasted too, and therefore, to some extent, 'processed'. It's just that we believe, the less we mess with it...the better it tastes, and why we will never, ever add any dodgy stuff. That means, no artificial flavours or colours and no preservatives.
