Single cream, water, Long Clawson stilton (16%), onion, cornflour, unsalted butter, white wine vinegar, salt, concentrated lemon juice, black pepper
Stir before serving. Do not reheat once cooled.
Microwave ovens vary: refer to handbook. Remove lid. Lay the lid back on to the pot and place pot on a microwaveable plate. Stir halfway through heating. Allow to stand for 2 minutes after heating. Check food is piping hot. If not heat for a further brief period. (650W: 3 1/2 mins, 750W: 2 1/2 mins, 850W: 2 mins)
Empty contents into a pan. Heat gently, stirring occasionally, until piping hot. (Time 4 mins)
Keep refrigerated below 5°C. For use by date see top of lid. Freeze as soon after purchase as possible and within the use by date. Use within one month. Defrost fully before use: do not refreeze once defrosted.
