British Free Range Pork (75%), Bramley apples (13%), FORTIFIED WHEAT FLOUR (wheat flour, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin), dried apple (4%), honey, sea salt, salt, emulsifiers tetrasodium diphosphate and disodium diphosphate, preservatives sodium metabisulphite and sulphur dioxide, black pepper, yeast, dried parsley, nutmeg.
Filled into natural pork casings.

Cook thoroughly until the juices run clear and there is no pink meat.
Preheat oven. Place sausages in a roasting tray in centre of oven, turn during cooking. (Time 35 mins Oven: 200�C, Fan: 180�C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 6)
Preheat grill. Place under a medium/hot grill. Turn during cooking. (Time 10-12 mins)
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a frying pan. Add sausages to hot pan, turn during cooking. Drain well before serving. (Time 10-12 mins)
