  • Shopping List (Serves 4). 1 sachet of Knorr Gourmet Classic Chicken Casserole. 500g boneless skinless chicken breast, cubed. 150g button mushrooms. 1 red onion, sliced. 100ml water. 100ml red wine. 50g streaky bacon, cut into strips. Cooking Instructions. 1. Make it. Preheat oven to 180°C (fan assisted 160°C) Gas mark 4. Tear open top of pack, remove and unfold bag. Peel off sticker, keeping hold of blue tie to use later. Resting bag on a work surface gently place ingredients in the bag, adding seasoning from bottom sachet. 2. Season it. Close and tie bag with blue tie, approx 2cm from the opening. Supporting the weight of the bag very gently mix until the ingredients are evenly coated in seasoning. Place in a non-heated ovenproof dish so that the bag is sideways. 3. Bake it. Place dish on middle shelf of preheated oven for 30 mins. Ensure enough room for bag to expand when cooking (bag must not touch sides or top of oven). When cooked, cut open the bag (attention: hot steam), check meat is fully cooked and place in a dish to serve. Take care when opening the contents as steam will be hot. The bag is made of a special material which is safe to use for oven cooking. Do not use with switched on grill function. Do not use in the microwave. Waring: To avoid danger of suffocation, keep bag away from babies and children.
