- Use Ferns' Singapore Noodle Paste to make a delicious, fragrant and authentic noodle dish.Singapore Noodle Recipe:3 tsp. Fern's Singapore Noodle Paste500g noodles1/2 cup of shredded cabbage2 large peppers, chopped into long thin strip3 finely chopped spring onions1 tbsp. finely chopped garlic1 tbsp. finely chopped ginger2 tbsp. tomato pure4 tbsp. oil2 tbsp. Soya sauceSeason to tasteMethod : Boil the noodles for 5 minutes with 1 tbsp. oil and a pinch of salt. While these are cooking heat the oil in a wok and then add the ginger, garlic, spring onions, carrots, peppers and shredded cabbage and stir fry for 1 minute. Then stir in the Fern's Singapore Noodle paste and stir fry on a high heat for a couple of minutes. Once cooked, add the soya sauce,tomato puree and pinch of salt and serve.You can also try this recipe with shrimp, shredded beef or diced chicken to create a non-vegetarian version.
Store in a cool&dry place. Refrigerate after opening. Consume within 8 weeks.
