  • Use Ferns' Tikka Masala Curry Paste to make a delicious, fragrant and authentic curry.Tikka Masala Recipe:2 chicken breasts diced1 tbsp oil3 tsp Ferns' Tikka Masala Paste120ml cream250g chopped tomatoesJuice of one lemon.1 large onion finely chopped3 tbsp natural yoghurt1 tsp fresh chopped corianderMethod: Mix together 2 tbsps. of Tikka Masala paste with the yoghurt and then add the chicken and leave to marinade for two hours. To the remaining curry paste add 100ml water and mix.Heat the mix in a frying pan and add the chopped tomatoes and the marinated diced chicken, bring to a simmer for 20 minutes, then add the lemon juice and coriander and continue to cook for a further 15 minutes, stir in the cream and then serve.


Store in a cool&dry place. Refrigerate after opening. Consume within 8 weeks.
