Cookie dough, sugar coated chocolate beans, icing pen
Preheat the oven to 180 oC, gas mark 4. Lightly grease 2 baking trays. Roll out the shortbread dough on a floured surface to �cm thick. If the dough has become too firm, microwave on full power for 3-5 seconds. Using the star cutter, cut out 18 stars and place on the trays. Press a coloured chocolate bean in the centre of each and bake for 7-8 minutes until golden. Allow to cool slightly before transferring to a cooling rack. Cool completely. Decorate using the icing pen.
Store closed in a cool dry place, away from heat source and direct sunlight.
