Preparation & Storage
- Preparation: Wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after touching raw meat.
Remove all packaging. Preheat oven TYPE TEMP BRAISING STEAK Electric 170�C 2- 2� hours Fan 150�C 2- 2� hours Gas Gas 3 2- 2� hours Heat 1 tsp of oil in a non-stick frying pan. Add cubed meat and cook for 4-5 mins until browned. Add a selection of root vegetables and 200ml stock, bring to the boil. Transfer to an ovenproof dish, cover and place in oven until thoroughly cooked, the juices run clear and the meat is tender. (Time 2- 2� hours Oven: 170�C, Fan: 150�C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 3)
Keep refrigerated below 5ºC For use by date see front of pack Once opened, consume within 1 day. Do not exceed use by date Suitable for freezing on day of purchase. Use within 1 month. Defrost fully before use: do not refreeze once defrosted.
