Our cheddar may contain calcium lactate crystals which occur naturally as part of the cheese maturation process, and are typically found in or on the surface of high quality cheddar. Creatingthe perfect cheddar is all about patience. Our expert cheese graders allow each batch to mature slowly - giving our cheese its distinctive, rich, full flavour. That's why we believe our cheddar is Aged to Perfection.
Preparation & Storage
Keep your Anchor®Cheddar in the fridge. Once opened, enjoy within 7 days or by best before date. Packaged in a protective atmosphere.
