- Shopping List1 tbsp oil1 diced onion250-300g diced chicken200g chopped canned tomatoes1 pack Geeta's Madras Curry PasteCooking InstructionsStir fry onion in oil until browned.Add chicken and cook until sealed.Stir in pasteand cook for 1-2 minutes.Add tomatoes and stir for 1-2 minutes.Add 100ml water, heat through, then simmer for 10-15 minutes or until cooked.Just as delicious with lamb, seafood or vegetables.
Store in a cool, dark place. Once opened, consume immediately.
