Preparation & Storage
- Wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after touching raw fish.
For best results pan fry.
Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Loosely wrap salmon in buttered foil and form into a parcel, place on a baking tray in centre of oven. (Time 15-20 mins Oven: 200�C, Fan: 180�C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 6)
Remove all packaging. Heat a dessert spoon of vegetable oil in a frying pan over a medium heat. Pan fry fillets for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally during cooking. (Time 10-12 minutes)
Keep refrigerated below 5ºC Once opened, consume within 2 days. Do not exceed use by date. For use by date see front of pack
