Which is why we follow the harvest around the world, selecting different varieties, to bring you the best quality fresh stone fruit. Christophe Sicard is one of our selected greengage growers, based in the valley of Quercy in the southewest of France, an area long renowned for the quality of its fuit. To ripen fruit, leave at room temperature for 1-2 days or place in a paper bag with a ripe banana until the fruit yields slightly to pressure. Then store in a fridge until required, and return to room temperature before eating to enjoy at its best.
