Preparation & Storage
- Wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after touching raw meat.
Cook thoroughly until the juices run clear.
Remove all packaging. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a non-stick frying pan until hot. Place the kidneys in the pan turning occasionally until thoroughly cooked. (Time 6-8mins)
Keep refrigerated below 3ºC.
