Preparation & Storage
- Wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after touching raw meat.
Heat 1 tbsp oil in frying pan, add steak and cook on a high heat to seal, turn and seal other side, reduce to medium heat. Ensure the surface of the meat is thoroughly cooked (Time Rare 8 - 10 mins, medium 12 - 14 mins. well Done 16 - 18 mins)
Once opened consume within 1 day. Do not exceed Use by Date Cool any leftovers to room temperature, refrigerate within two hours, consume within two days Suitable for freezing on day of purchase. Use within 1 month Defrost fully in refrigerator before use Do not refreeze once defrosted
