Preparation & Storage
- Wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after touching raw meat.
Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Place on a baking tray in centre of oven, turn halfway through cooking. Cook thoroughly until juices run clear and there is no pink meat. (Time 30-35 mins Oven: 200�C, Fan: 180�C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 6)
Preheat grill. Remove all packaging. Place on a grill pan under a preheated medium grill turning occasionally until thoroughly cooked, the juices run clear and there is no pink meat. * preferred method, please put in front of oven method as well as FOP 'approx. cooking time Grill 15-20 mins' (Time 15-20 minutes)
Keep refrigerated below 5°C. Once opened, consume within 1 day. Do not exceed use by date. For use by date see front of pack. Packaged in a protective atmosphere. Freeze as soon after purchase as possible and within the use by date. Use within one month. Defrost fully before use: do not refreeze once defrosted.
