For more garden birds. Ideal for feeding from a mesh feeder. 560 calories per 100g. Peanuts wild bird food. A firm favourite with some of our most popular and beautiful garden birds. For your assurance, our peanuts are selected from the best quality stocks available with high oil content and nil detectable levels of aflatoxin. Even in small quantities aflatoxin (a mould that can develop on peanuts) can be extremely harmful, so we take every care to ensure that our peanuts are safe for your garden birds. Surprisingly, the more calories the better! Garden birds use lots of energy in their daily activities. Foods rich in fats and oils will contain high calorie levels and it is these calories that provide them with the energy they need to breed, survive and thrive throughout the year. So when it comes to bird food, the higher the calories, the better for your birds! Available from retail outlets nationwide, CJ Wildlife products include a large selection of bird feeders, premium quality foods, nest boxes, feeding accessories and much more.
