Preparation & Storage
- For a perfect Bolognese, fry some minced beef or lamb or until browned. Add the sauce and gently simmer until the meat is cooked, then spoon over hot cooked spaghetti. It's delicious finished with shavings of fresh parmesan.Please ensure food is fully cooked and piping hot throughout before serving.Natural separation is possible so give it a good shake before you use.
It's best to store this sauce in a cool, dry place.Once you've opened it pop it in the fridge and it will keep for 3 days.
