Preparation & Storage
- Preparation: Wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after touching raw meat. Remove from the packaging and allow to breathe for 10 minutes.
Place on grill tray under a preheated medium grill, turning half way through cooking time. Ensure the surface of the meat is thoroughly cooked. Rare Medium Well Done 7-9 mins 9-12 mins 12-15 mins
Heat 1 tsp of oil in a pan, cook at a high heat, turning halfway during cooking time. Ensure the surface of the meat is thoroughly cooked. Rare Medium Well Done 6-8 mins 7-10 mins 10-13 mins
Keep refrigerated below 5ºC. Once opened consume within 1 day. Do not exceed use by date. For use by date see front of pack. Suitable for freezing on day of purchase. Use within 1 month. Defrost fully before use: do not refreeze once defrosted.
