Cook thoroughly until the juices run clear and there is no pink meat.
Preheat oven. Place sausages in a roasting tray in centre of oven, turn during cooking. (Time 35 minutes Oven: 200°C, Fan: 180°C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 6)
MEDIUM / HOT GRILL Preheat grill. Place under a medium/hot grill. Turn during cooking. (Time 10-12 minutes)
HOT HEAT Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan. Add sausages to hot pan, turn during cooking. Drain well before serving. (Time 10-12 minutes)
