Waitrose monsooned malabar ground coffee
These cherry coffee beans are grown in South West India and laid out in well ventilated structures to absorb the Monsoon winds that are full of moisture and allow the beans to swell to twice their size for up to 16 weeks and turn a pale golden colour. The beans are then hand sorted for final selection into AA grade.

- Preparation Instructions (Back of pack) The coffee is ground to suit all coffee makers. For cafetieres, percolators and filters follow manufacturer's instructions. We recommend one rounded dessertspoonful of coffee per cup for normal strength coffee.
The wonderful flavour and aroma of coffee is affected by contact with air. This pack is fitted with a special one way valve to allow the coffee to be packed directly after roasting to protect the coffee and maintain its freshness. Once opened reseal using recloseable tab on the pack. To prolong its freshness store in a cool place, refrigerator or deep freeze and use within two weeks. Packaged in a protective atmosphere.
