Shopping online: what to expect
To help all our customers buy what they need, we’re prioritising certain items during this busy time. So we’ve temporarily removed some products from our website. And, although we'll try our best to deliver everything you’ve ordered, we may have to substitute some items. Your emailed receipt will tell you any changes we’ve had to make.
Find out how we're responding to the Covid-19 outbreak, including information on delivery slots for our elderly and vulnerable customers
Shopping instore: what to expect
We’re reducing the number of customers in our shops to keep you safe – so you may need to queue before entering. Please follow the two-metre rule when shopping. We’ve put aside a selection of daily essentials for our hardworking NHS staff – and they’ll find a dedicated till, too
With most of us spending more time at home, we all need extra help and inspiration. We're here to support with shopping, community aid and, of course, ideas for the extra meals you’re making
Are you shopping for someone who is self-isolating?
We have launched a dedicated e-gift card to help vulnerable, elderly or self-isolating customers who are unable to get to the shops. This simple, safe and contact-free gift card can be purchased in £10 denominations (up to £500) and then emailed to friends, family, neighbours and volunteers for them to use in our shops
