    Cod salsa with greens

    Ingredients

    260g pack Waitrose Skinless & Boneless Cod Fillets
    200g tub Waitrose Vine Ripened Tomato Salsa
    ¼ Savoy cabbage, shredded
    100g green beans, trimmed
    10g butter
     

    Method

    1. Preheat the oven to 200ºC, gas mark 6. Place the cod in a small greased roasting tin and roast for 10 minutes. Spoon over the salsa and cook for a further 5-10 minutes or until the fish is cooked through.

    2. Meanwhile, cook the cabbage and beans in boiling water for 3-4 minutes until just tender. Drain, stir in the butter and season to taste. Serve topped with the cod and salsa sauce.
