Speedy sardine spaghetti

350g essential Waitrose Spaghetti
2 x 120g cans essential Waitrose Sardine Fillets in Olive Oil
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1 fresh red chilli, finely chopped
250g pack essential Waitrose Cherry Tomatoes, halved or quartered if very large
1 Waitrose Lemon
1. Plunge the spaghetti into a large, open pan of boiling water, stir vigorously at once and from time to time during cooking. Boil for 10 minutes or until tender.
2. Meanwhile, drain the sardines, reserving the oil. Heat 1 tbsp of the oil in a large frying pan, and fry the garlic and chilli gently for a minute then add the tomatoesand the sardines (flaked into bitesize pieces) and drained cooked spaghetti.
3. Mix together, add the zest and juice of the lemon, mix together well and serve immediately.
