tuna mayonnaise pasta

tuna mayonnaise pasta: simple to make but the taste is delicious, this recipe doesn't take very long to make and is quite healthy.

  • Total time: 30 minutes

Serves: 6

Ingredients

  • 250g pasta (any type apart from noodles)
    2-4 tblsp mayonnaise
    2 cans of tuna (small cans)
    any mixed vegetables
    (optional: coriander)

Method

  1. Boil the pasta for 10 minutes on a medium heat and if the mixed vegetables are frozen then boil with the pasta.
  2. In a mixing bowl add in the two cans of tuna (break into small flakes) and the mayonnaise and mix them together.
  3. Just before the pasta has boiled, add the tuna mayonnaise mixture into a frying pan and stir on a low heat, when the pasta is done add the pasta and vegetables into the frying pan and stir in with the tuna mixture. Stir for about 5-7 minutes.
  4. serve on its own or with salad.
