Tuna melt bruschetta

2 Waitrose sourdough demi baguettes with seeds
½ x 200g tub Waitrose frijolemole dip
1 large tomato, chopped
200g can essential Waitrose tuna steak in spring water, drained
20g grated cheddar or mozzarella
135g bag Waitrose Mediterranean side salad
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C, gas mark 4. Split open the baguettes and spread with the frijolemole dip.
2. In a medium bowl, mix together the tomato, tuna and cheese.
3. Pile the mixture on top of the bread and bake in the oven for 15 minutes until melted. Serve warm with the salad on the side.
