Dairy-free berry smoothie

25g cashew nuts
25g LoveLife Seed, Berry & Goji Mix
200g LoveLife Berry Smoothie Mix (frozen)
Juice of ½ lemon
150-200ml apple juice
1. Place the cashews in a bowl with 100ml cold water. Cover and leave to soak for at least 8 hours, or overnight.
2. Blitz the soaked nuts and their soaking water in a juice blender until smooth. Add the seed and berry mix, frozen fruit mix and lemon juice.
3. Blend in apple juice until you’re happy with the consistency, then serve immediately with extra berries and seeds to decorate.
