    Fennel-Spiced Kale

    • Total time: 15 minutes 15 minutes

    Serves: 4

    Ingredients

    • Splash of water
    • Salt and pepper
    • 1 tbsp olive oil
    • ½ tsp fennel seeds
    • 2/3 of a 200g pack kale

    Method

    1. Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large, deep frying pan with a lid. Add ½ tsp fennel seeds, roughly crushed, and stir-fry for a minute or two. Add 2/3 of a 200g pack kale, seasoning and a splash of water. Stir to coat the kale.
    2. Cover and simmer for 5-8 minutes, until wilted and just tender.
