300g essential Waitrose Spaghetti
1 tbsp essential Waitrose Vegetable Oil
1 essential Waitrose Onion, chopped
200g pack essential Waitrose Smoked British Bacon Thin Back Rashers, chopped
200g pack essential Waitrose Reduced Fat Soft Cheese
2 essential Waitrose Eggs, beaten
75ml essential Waitrose Semi Skimmed Milk
50g Parmigiano Reggiano, grated
1. Cook the spaghetti in boiling water for 10 minutes until tender, drain and return to the pan.
2. Meanwhile, heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion and bacon for 5 minutes.
3. Mix together the remaining ingredients. Stir the bacon and onions into the spaghetti and pour in the mixture. Cook gently for 1 - 2 minutes, stirring until the egg slightly scrambles.
